Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, addressing inquiries and providing support through live chat on our clients' websites and social media platforms. Your primary role will be to assist with both customer support queries and sales-related questions, helping to enhance customer experience and drive business success. You'll also receive training to handle various types of interactions effectively, ensuring you're well-equipped to meet our clients' needs. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time, addressing inquiries and providing support through live chat on our clients' websites and social media platforms
  • Assisting with both customer support queries and sales-related questions, helping to enhance customer experience and drive business success
  • Receiving training to handle various types of interactions effectively, ensuring you're well-equipped to meet our clients' needs

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Hours: Flexible part-time schedule with a minimum requirement of 10 hours per week
  • Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere, with a preference for candidates based in the United States
