Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to perform with honesty and integrity, providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
- Following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex specifications
- Understanding, interpreting, and explaining detailed information of processes and procedures
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and assisting with team and organizational projects as required
- Demonstrating flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
- Providing support beyond standard hours as needed to meet call volume and workload demands
- Understanding how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to provide best-in-class customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or higher; High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
- Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
Compensation and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting rate: $17.23 per hour
- Bonus eligibility
