Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for reviewing and inputting data from syndicated loan notices, as well as working independently to meet strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities
* Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input
- Review automated data extraction results
- Ensure speed and accuracy when reviewing and/or inputting data
- Work independently and without direct supervision while adhering to strict deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and through email communication)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Work Timings
* This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need.
- Shifts are scheduled in minimum of 4 hour increments and a minimum of 8 hours is expected during peak days (typically 2 - 3 days per month)
- The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only. (This is not a casual part-time position and there are regular hours.)
- Working days are based exclusively on business needs and are expected to be variable.
Qualifications
* 1 year+ of relevant experience
- Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including, but not limited to:
+ Laptop functionality + Video conferencing software (i.e. Microsoft Teams) + Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 2) simultaneously + Microsoft Teams + Online software programs for data entry
- Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays is required
- Ability to find specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
