Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling when required, working collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • English and Spanish speaking fluency, with the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional service.
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required.
  • A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
