Responsibilities

As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support representative, you'll be responsible for:

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and telephone, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Documentation:

Collaboration:

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support representative, you'll need:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Customer Service Experience:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

Multitasking and Prioritization:
