Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Data Analytics & Science team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analysis and machine learning models, and to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven projects

• Develop and implement data analysis and machine learning models to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and code, and ensure that data-driven solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
• Work closely with data engineers and architects to design and implement data pipelines and architectures that support data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet these needs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Science, or related field

• 15+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, with a proven track record of successfully guiding and leading teams
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, including ADLS, Databricks, Delta-Lake, and other large data platforms
• Advanced skills in data analysis and machine learning, including experience with languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and other similar tools
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices, including experience with data pipelines and architectures
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Science, or related field

• Industry certifications, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or other related industries
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices, including experience with data quality and data security
