Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Forwarding Account Representative, you will be responsible for assisting banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. This is an office-based position, with no field work required. You will work closely with repossession agents, bank employees, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and manage the repossession process.

Essential Job Functions

Your daily duties may include:

• Gathering, analyzing, or evaluating information from various sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software
• Using various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
• Working closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
• Managing the repossession process for bank clients
• Working closely with bank employees
• Proactively monitoring accounts and addressing a variety of issues

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctual with good attendance is a must
• Superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Compensation and Benefits
