The Opportunity

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
