Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers online and over the phone to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
- Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating customer information in our systems
- Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
- Handling a wide range of customer service interactions and making sure everything goes smoothly
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent to 1 month of related experience
- The ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
