What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative – Member Experience Advocate, you will:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing outstanding experiences and building trust through open and interactive communication.
- Apply Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations.
- Handle Customer Concerns: Effectively manage customer concerns, utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance with communication standards.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members.
Required Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience.
- Basic Mathematical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Technical Aptitude: Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products.
- Education: High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
