Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Proactively reaching out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements
- Working closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world

Essential Qualifications:
* At least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices
- Passionate about mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism
- Demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
- Motivated to help others, aligned to our organizational mission and vision
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback
- Focused and determined, optimistic and creative
- College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a high call volume environment
- Familiarity with various tech tools and a willingness to learn new ones
- Ability to build relationships and trust through conversations
- Thorough: you're detail-oriented and committed to getting the job done
- A time management guru: you efficiently move through a to-do list and effectively prioritize and triage competing demands
Work Environment and Company Culture:
As a remote Care Advocate, you'll work independently, proactively taking ownership of key tasks and keeping in regular communication with your team. You'll be expected to work in a dedicated workspace with a wired internet connection and appropriate network quality and internet speed. You'll also be provided with a company-authorized laptop, headset, mouse, and keyboard.
