Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Nebraska. As a key member of our Group insurance division, you'll be responsible for providing timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions, including inbound phone calls, website and mobile app navigation support, and password resets. Key Responsibilities
* Exceed customer service standards by providing timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions
- Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members
- Provide website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers
- Meet area production standards and Group metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in customer service, contact centers, dental offices, or insurance
- Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative when assessing situations
- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, dental offices, or insurance
- Strong knowledge of dental and vision benefits
- Experience working in a remote or call center environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
