Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Maintaining Live Chat Best Practices:

Respond to every customer query with clear, correct writing and professional language, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.

Providing Pre- and Post-Sales Support:

Carefully answer customer questions, provide clear and transparent details on our products, and patiently guide customers through the purchasing process to build trust and confidence.

Resolving Customer Issues:

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:

Essential Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.

Product Knowledge:
