Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive repeat business and maintain a strong reputation in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Planning and arranging event packages
  • Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and travel booking platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and its trends
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
