What You'll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding health care benefits, eligibility, and enrollment status
- Conducting research and making outbound calls to resolve customer issues and provide recommendations for upgrades to their health plans
- Assisting customers with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
- Utilizing your product and brand knowledge to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset that meets our technical requirements)
- A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
- Integrity and a commitment to following HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
