Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This is a seasonal position that ends on 1/15/2024, and it's a work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Placing orders over the phone and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with accuracy and empathy
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Performing other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests
  • Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized
  • Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience shopping online
  • Call center experience

Available Schedules

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Available shifts include:

  • Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm
  • Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
