Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Managing and updating customer accounts, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher tiers when necessary, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
