Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Must-Have Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping

Equipment Requirements

* Must provide a working Windows, iOS, or MAC computer and headset (CANNOT be tablet or Chromebook)

  • Internet Speed: 50 upload/10 download
  • Reliable and stable internet connection
  • Headset with microphone and speakers
  • Dual monitors (optional but recommended)
