Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Fiber Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic call center team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll troubleshoot issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and answer customer technical questions with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports

  • Provide customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features within the fiber and/or copper network
  • Perform analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and create and sort trouble reports
  • Utilize knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business

Requirements

  • Even better if you have one or more of the following:

+ A related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience + Technical support call center experience

  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with communication and networking components
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Work Environment

* In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings

  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40

Compensation

* The compensation range for this position is between $670.00 and $1,774.50 weekly based on a full-time schedule

  • The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience
  • This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more
  • For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours
