Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner. You'll work closely with our sales and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience. Key Responsibilities

* Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers, working with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Collaborate with sales and management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and management

  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with flexible hours ranging from 8:30am to 7pm
  • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license

* Experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
