Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager (Technical) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
- Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Developing and executing strategies to deepen and expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth and reducing churn

Essential Qualifications
