Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team as a virtual assistant. As a key member of our Guest Relations and Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across all channels. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
GUEST RELATIONS
* Experience with Guesty and/or Operto Teams is a plus, but not required
- Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
- Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone and have the ability to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors
- Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack
- Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and service
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
COMPANY TASKS
* Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Requirements
* Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Ability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
- Availability and reliability for part-time shifts, including Thursday and Friday 3pm-11p CST
- Availability for additional part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST (optional)
- Experience with Guesty, Operto Teams, and/or ChatGPT is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and property management software
- Experience with AI-powered messaging platforms and chatbots
- Familiarity with accounting and financial systems
- Experience with vendor relations and management

Note
This is a part-time, temporary position starting in Mid-October for 3 months with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025.
