Job Summary

We're seeking part-time Data Entry Specialists to join our team, working under 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems, ensuring our databases are current, organized, and easily accessible to other team members. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, efficiently, and effectively, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into various databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining information in our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and making necessary corrections
  • Organizing and prioritizing data entry tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Generating reports and summaries as needed, to support business decisions and operations
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required, to support the smooth operation of our business

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data entry and management
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, to ensure efficient and effective work

Preferred Qualifications

While previous data entry experience is preferred, it's not required. We'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role. If you have experience in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, or a related field, we'd love to hear from you!
