Job Summary

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through live chat on our clients' websites and social media platforms. You will be the face of arenaflex, helping customers find the information they need, resolving simple problems, and providing a positive experience that drives loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently and follow instructions to achieve goals and objectives
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage chat sessions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on live chat or phone support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve simple problems
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions to achieve goals and objectives
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with the Squarespace platform and other tools used in live chat support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with customers in a multicultural environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
