Job Summary

We're seeking an English-Speaking Customer Service Representative with AI Skills to join our global e-commerce team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to our customers via email and phone. You'll also play a critical role in testing our AI tools, collaborating on optimizing our AI setup, and enhancing efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5-star experience to our customers via email and phone: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers worldwide.
  • Support multiple languages thanks to our AI-powered translation tools: Our AI-powered translation tools enable us to break language barriers and communicate effectively with customers worldwide. You'll play a critical role in testing and optimizing these tools to ensure seamless communication.
  • Test our AI tools and collaborate on optimizing our AI setup: You'll work closely with our team to test and optimize our AI tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work together to improve workflows and agent efficiency: As a member of our team, you'll contribute to improving our workflows and agent efficiency, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences while minimizing costs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English**: You must speak and write English at a native level, ensuring flawless communication with us and our customers.
  • Time Zone Fit**: You're based in a GMT+6, +7, or +8 time zone, and can overlap at least 3 hours with our office hours in Denmark.
  • Customer Service Experience**: You have relevant experience in customer service and a strong understanding of how to handle customer inquiries and issues.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented**: You're open to becoming a master of our platforms and AI tools, and have a reporting mindset to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Essential Equipment**: You have the right tools, including at least one large screen (1920x1080 resolution minimum) or two screens, a headset, and a stable internet connection.
