What You'll Be Doing As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for: * Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans * Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members * Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months or more of customer service experience * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience * High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) * A USB wired headset (or a headset that's compatible with our system) * A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in What You Can Expect As a member of our team, you can expect: * Support for your career and professional development * An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged * A global team of curious, lifelong learners guided by our company values * A base wage range of $16 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities * A healthy benefits package based on your position that could include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives Visit our benefits page at https://www.hellottecbenefits.com for more information.
