Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, handling phone, chat, and email inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude. You'll work closely with our team to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

* Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants

  • Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues that may arise
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed, ensuring that all client and tenant concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants, ensuring seamless communication and support
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our remote customer service team

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple inquiries and requests simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer service issues and concerns
  • Proficient in using various computer programs and systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a collaborative and supportive attitude
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed, with a flexible approach to meeting client and tenant needs
