Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our team's efforts to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and updating records with new files and information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Inputting paperwork into an electronic database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
  • Safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Updating records with new information and ensuring that all data is accurate and complete
  • Inputting paperwork into an electronic database, utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications
