Job Summary

As a Travel Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, expert travel advice, and resolving any issues that may arise during their travel journey. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

* Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, ensuring that their travel plans are tailored to their needs and preferences.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their travel plans.
  • Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions to ensure that our clients' travel plans are not disrupted.

Requirements

* Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel arrangements, destinations, and customer needs.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client needs and time zones.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
