Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting our cutting-edge products and services. Responsibilities

• Generate Retail Sales: Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's customer base and drive sales growth.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.
• Product Insights and Recommendations: Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Closing Sales: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, resulting in closed sales.
• Ongoing Development: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Sales Skill Refining: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Work Experience: One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Commission-Based Experience: Experience working in a commission-based environment.
• Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.

• Competitive Compensation: A yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives.

Additional Incentives

Applicants from outside the company may be entitled to a $2500 sign-on bonus, paid out in two equal parts: the first installment at the one-month point and the second 50% allocation after nine months of working with arenaflex.
