Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Administrator Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and market research assignments
  • Sharing your thoughts and opinions on new consumer products and services
  • Completing written and oral instructions provided for each panel
  • Using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
  • Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
  • Providing honest and unbiased feedback on products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer service administrator advisor background is not necessary, but a passion for customer service is a plus
