The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for our global audience. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have all the tools you need to succeed in this role, even if you have no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, using pre-written template answers and adapting them to address various questions

  • Provide timely and effective support to website visitors, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving the customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

* A laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection (arenaflex will provide the necessary software and equipment)

  • Basic English language skills (arenaflex offers training and support to help you improve your language skills)
  • No prior experience in live chat is required – arenaflex provides comprehensive training to ensure your success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field (not required, but a plus)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms (arenaflex provides training on our proprietary software)
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a text-based environment
