Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Manage and convert lead-generated inbound calls to drive sales growth
- Be a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
- Meet and exceed personal and team targets through proactive sales efforts
- Up-sell additional products and services to existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls
- Work closely with all departments in arenaflex to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the customer journey
- Actively look for new ways to improve the customer journey and drive business growth
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a telephone-based sales role, preferably in a customer-centric industry
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Good level of education, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Ability to commit to 2 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 09:30-16:30
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with sales and customer service software
