Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to all customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
  • Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests utilizing multiple different screens, systems, and websites
  • Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer's request for return authorization and credits
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide on-going information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments
  • Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
  • Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
