Job Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger.
- Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas.
- Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP combined financial statements using accepted methodologies.
- Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys.
- Collaborate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders on significant accounting matters.
- Conduct special investigations and projects to further our process improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification an asset
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, oral, and written skills, including proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
- Experience with process improvement initiatives and special investigations
