The Opportunity
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of a small, dynamic team and make a significant impact on the growth and success of our platform. You'll work closely with our founder to develop and refine our support processes, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn our software product and start answering support questions from customers
- Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure that customers have easy access to the information they need
- Test the product and report any issues you find, providing valuable feedback to help us improve the platform
- Collaborate with our founder to develop and implement support processes and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
* Fluent, native-like English is essential, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and online course platforms is ideal
- Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) is a huge plus, especially familiarity with setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

* Competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable
- Full-time job as a freelancer, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule
