Job Summary

As an Online Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our customers via email, chat, and phone. You'll utilize your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred
