Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Repair Management: Oversee customer repair requests from initiation to delivery, including coordination with our Bartlesville and Warminster, PA locations.
- Order Processing: Enter and manage repair information following established processes to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Scheduling & KPIs: Prioritize repairs with technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Problem Resolution: Lead activities to resolve capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds.
- Order Completion: Process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring correct invoicing and timely delivery.
- KPI Support: Assist in achieving and maintaining KPIs in areas such as delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity.
- Data Analysis: Run reports, review data, and recommend process improvements for better KPI performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate and/or lead improvement initiatives to enhance service goals and customer satisfaction.
- Other Tasks: Support additional roles or tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree
with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with proven accomplishments.
Strong customer service experience
, attention to detail, and ability to work well both independently and within a team.
Self-starter
with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
