Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our clients' customers through a variety of requests via our Click-to-Chat application. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Provide Proactive and Reactive Online Chat Support: Engage with customers and prospective customers visiting various client websites, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
- Establish Brand Recognition: Proactively promote arenaflex products and services, building confidence in our brand and driving customer loyalty.
- Educate and Excite Customers: Inform consumers about current products, packages, and incentives through Click-to-Chat and email, generating excitement and driving customers to action.
- Maintain Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state regulations and company policies, ensuring that all interactions are compliant and accurate.
- Document Interactions: Record detailed status of all interactions, indicating appropriate outcomes and follow-up requirements.
- Meet Service Level and Quality Standards: Ensure maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and personal goals are met while adhering to all policies, procedures, and controls.
- Achieve Sales Conversion Metrics: Meet specified goals and sales conversion metrics as set by arenaflex and our clients, maintaining high quality standards and adherence to all client requirements.
