Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and answering questions related to subscription management
  • Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
  • Making outbound calls to update customer information, collect payments, and inform customers of upcoming renewals
