Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to web inquiries through chat, engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, and managing email correspondence. You'll also actively participate in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to web inquiries through chat, providing timely and accurate information to customers
• Engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, building relationships and driving sales
• Managing email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers
• Responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participating in administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
• Providing phone sales assistance, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Supporting the sales team in achieving collective success and fostering a positive work environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
