Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a remote work-from-home arrangement. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, business processes, and technical tools to drive business intelligence and analytics across various dimensions. Your work will involve analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply your knowledge of data analysis, business processes, and technical tools to solve a wide range of problems and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with other innovation colleagues to provide guidance and solutions within your area of expertise
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, options, or approaches to problems and seek out opportunities to improve or achieve more
- Estimate effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology stages/models
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your work using reliance identification cycles in technical work
- Establish or follow prioritization cycles to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on timely completion
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of design and integration on a regular and consistent basis
- Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and acceleration
- May perform other work duties as directed by your supervisor
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
- High-level knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
- High-level knowledge of technical conditions
- High-level knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills in working with various teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze complex, large, or obscure business or technical issues, articulating the issue or underlying driver, and translating the analysis into suitable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented/help desk climate
- Ability to investigate, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/assignments
- Ability to take on various tasks, whether managerial or project-related, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction in all accountable work; able to mentor others to do the same
- Ability to create, present, and effectively communicate ideas and procedures to diverse audiences
- Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
- Experience with data analysis and machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in business analysis, data analysis, or technical skills (e.g., Certified Business Analyst (CBA), Certified Data Analyst (CDA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM))

Compensation and Benefits:
