Job Summary
As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications
