Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless customer support
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support and related areas
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
  • Native English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
