What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, addressing inquiries, and providing support through live chat on our clients' websites and social media platforms. Your primary role will be to assist with both customer support queries and sales-related questions, helping to enhance customer experience and drive business success. Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Hours: Flexible part-time schedule with a minimum requirement of 10 hours per week
  • Location: Remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere, with a preference for candidates based in the United States
