Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our Caremark Member Operations division, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You will work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
- Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience.
- Work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to learn more about healthcare.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and regulations.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience).
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner.
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
