Job Summary
We're seeking experienced full stack customer service representatives to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel plans, handling inquiries, providing information about arenaflex's services, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and pleasant travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and other travel-related queries
- Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
