Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Customer Service
+ Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to all inquiries within 30 minutes. + Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive and helpful attitude at all times. + Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. + Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing.
Product Expertise
+ Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. + Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers, staying up-to-date on new product launches and promotions. + Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Team Management (If Applicable)
+ Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they adhere to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries. + Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. + Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Experience in the bedding or home goods industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
- Previous experience managing a team is preferred (if applicable), with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
