Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the country. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
- Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales principles
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
