A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines of what we do for the healthcare community. You'll work with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel, to deliver exceptional contact center services. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various ones throughout your day. Whether you're handling incoming inquiries or reaching out by phone, email, or chat, you'll always strive to provide a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to resolve inquiries and concerns

• Work with multiple client programs and transition between various ones throughout the day
• Handle incoming inquiries and reach out to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Provide exceptional customer service and turn every interaction into a positive one
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all communication with clients
• Collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues and provide support

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of customer service or call center experience
• Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
• Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:

* Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions

• Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
• At least one weekend day is required
• This is a work-from-home call center position
